> In Germany, this customer uses SKAN-4X assessment service following attacks on its reputation not by one of its competitors but by one of its historical customers.

## Context of the mission:

This customer is surprised to see one of his long-time customers spreading comments on the market that damage his reputation. He is wondering about the objectives of this operation, which seems to him to have been entirely fabricated.

## Result of the research:

The investigations carried out highlight recent links between our client's "historical" client and a local competitor.

It seems that the daughter of the main shareholder of the slanderous client has just married the sales manager of the local competitor.

This is without doubt a destabilization operation controlled for commercial purposes.
